I am planning to buy a 1200 sq ft 30×40 site/plot. Can I build or construct a good spacious house on a 30×40 site in Bangalore? Is a 30×40 site good enough to build a Rental or Duplex house in Bangalore? Is 1200 sq ft 30×40 site/plot good enough to build a Duplex house in Bangalore or should I look out for a bigger site/plot?

YES, You will be able to build or construct a good spacious 3BHK duplex house in Bangalore on a 30×40 site.
